1st and 2nd level support for Belgacom customers and the "TurboLine" service (ADSL). Training new employees, creating and maintaining knowledge base to improve the quality of technical support.
Being a sysadmin means continious learning. Deep Learning, artifical Intelligence and quantum physics are my favorite subjects right now. I spend a large amount of my free time exploring the latest technology advancements. Of course, I also enjoy spend time with my familly and do activities that everyone likes. During cold periods of the year we spend time at the pool, in the indoor playground for children. Nature is very beautiful during the winter, we do not hesitate to cover ourselves well to walk for a few hours.
In the summer I spend the most time outdoors. Biking, hicking and running are my favorites activities.
When forced indoors, I cook, play guitar, read politicals books... Most of the time, I try to avoid watching TV, except for some TV shows.
All year long, running is a good way to clear my mind.
